| Gary
Lewis: CEO, President - Certified

Gary is Founder, Owner, and
President of MASI. His continuous experience with the
promotion of the Master Builder products since 1987 has given him
a level of expertise for selling and implementation that stands
him apart in this field – It is the foundation for MASI’s plan
for success in the future. He founded Management & Associated
Services, Inc. (MASI) as a company dedicated solely to providing
software and services to the construction industry in 1993.
Prior to founding MASI, Gary was involved
in the
construction industry with his family, in corporate positions, and
also owned his own construction company. In 1980, he founded
General Construction of Massachusetts and managed its growth until
launching his consulting career in 1986. His building career has
taken him to most of the United States, Caribbean Islands and
Venezuela.
During an extensive career in
business management, Gary held executive positions that included:
- Vice President of a
three-store retail chain where he supervised 30 employees in all
phases of retailing including buying, merchandising, sales,
advertising and office functions. He rose to that position after
many years with the company.
- Director of Operations for
a $350 million retail apparel company for which he developed,
planned, and oversaw the construction of a nationwide network of
retail stores.
- Chairperson and co-founder
of a holding company that owned and operated five divisions of a
food processing business with sales of over $300 million.

Lewis: Vice President -
Certified Pro-Advisor

Melissa started working with MASI
in 1997 as manager of accounting and administration. She expanded
her knowledge of Master Builder through extensive training and use
of the product, becoming a Certified Pro-Advisor in the process.
Her expertise, commitment to
customer service and ability to provide unsurpassed customer satisfaction
have all been extremely valuable assets to the
growth of our company and have led to Melissa
becoming both an Associate of Master
Builder and
MASI Vice President in 2001.
Melissa currently performs multiple
roles for our clients. These include
training (Seminars, Workshops and Onsite),
Custom Report Writing, Custom Form Design, and Support By Phone. Her
internal roles include staff training and managing accounts
receivable/payable.

| Walter
MacDougall: Vice President - Certified
Pro-Advisor
|
Walter joined
MASI in 2001 as VP of Sales and Marketing. He works in
conjunction with the sales staff in the initial software
demonstration cycle. Following that, he continues with customer
follow up through the sales closing process. He is also
responsible for tracking and reporting the sales cycle and
ensures that all customers are successful in the implementation
cycle.
Prior to working at MASI,
Walter
was a long time
employee of the Boston Red Sox where he held many positions,
most notably as Assistant Equipment Manager. Walter also has an
extensive background in sales including:

Licensed Insurance Broker with Sentry Insurance

Account Manager for the Insurance Center of New England.

Regional Sales Manager for InterlinkONE, the developer of a
high end CRM system.
Walter holds an
A.S. from Middlesex Community College and a B.S. in Business
Management from Lesley College.

Matt Nicolopoulos:
BuilderBuddy Manager & Customer Support

|
Matt joined MASI in 2003 as an advisor,
responsible for client training and Master Builder system
implementation. His broad expertise and dedication has proven to be a
great asset to our company and our clients. With his dynamic and
outstanding attitude, Matt was recently chosen to be our Builder Buddy
Sales, Training, Implementation and Support Manager.
Prior to joining MASI, he had extensive
experience implementing software and guiding client projects with
another financial software provider. He also has experience and
expertise in managing construction projects.
Matt has a degree in Accounting and
communicates financial details clearly. He has the ability to meet
strict schedule and program objectives while thriving in fast paced
environments.

Leslie Moran:
Administration & Customer
Relations |

Leslie has been with MASI since 1999. With
extensive training and experience in using the Intuit Master Builder
software and related applications, she has proven to be valuable asset
to both our company and our clients. Her roles include telephone support
and scheduling of product demonstrations.
Leslie's has
completed her first test on the road to becoming a Certified
Pro-Advisor.
