create an implementation plan
that works best for your company. Your
implementation plan will include an
estimate of the hours, cost
involved, a project plan for
completing implementation and a
learning plan.
Depending on the size
of your company, you may need the
involvement of others within your
company to form a team. You should
also inform your CPA along with your
other business professionals about
your decision to implement. Ideally,
their input also should be gathered
and incorporated into this plan.
