ICAP 2.01 for Intuit Master
Builder |

ICAP 2.01 calculates
costs that have been posted
to the overhead and
administrative ranges of
Master Builder, considered
Indirect Costs, and then
posts them directly to the expense
range of
Intuit
Master Builder.
In effect, it
posts overhead & administrative
costs directly to jobs. The
net effect of this
allocation is to calculate
actual burden and post it to
jobs.
Additional Features:
- Allows the choice
of one month or multiple
consecutive periods for
calculating the indirect
costs.
- Allows for the
selection of a cost code
and cost type.
- Allows you
to print a report for review
purposes.

Overhead Cost Allocation

OCAP 01.01 for Intuit Master Builder |

This program,
formally ICAP Advanced,
calculates
costs that have been posted
to all general ledger ranges
of Intuit Master Builder, which
include equipment, overhead
and administrative
costs.
OCAP 01.01 separates these
entries by the three account
ranges and allows those to
be posted as one entry
with
multiple job cost codes and
types.

Intuit
Master Builder user to
choose a percentage that
they want to add to job
costs for all overhead.

POAP 03.01 for Intuit Master Builder |

This program
allows the
Intuit
Master Builder user to
choose to allocate overtime
that occurs after 40 hours
and has been accumulated
normally at the end of the
week.
POAP 03.01
allows the user to
enter all time in at a
regular rate, no matter how
many hours have been
entered. The program will
prorate the hours over 40
to each job, for
each day, for the
entire week.
