Here is a summary of the benefits for becoming a member:
 

• Solutions has developed a wide range of software programs, reports and forms for sale to your customers via its e-commerce website. These Solutions Products will help them satisfy their needs for more specific business information to enhance management performance, in conjunction with their use of Intuit’s Master Builder™ software.
   

• If you provide us with your customers’ contact information, we will take responsibility for introducing Solutions Products to them. You will receive a 10% referral fee on all sales of Solutions Products to your customers just by giving us their names.
   

• In those situations where you materially participate in “making the sale,” we will pay you an additional 15% bonus referral fee.
   

• You have no obligation to do anything other than provide your customers’ contact information to us, unless you choose to do so.
   

• We will honor your relationship with your customers. The customer contact information you supply to us will be held in strict confidence, and used only for the sale and marketing of Solutions Products to them. Under no circumstances will your customer contacts be given to other third parties.
   

• Sales of Solutions Products to your customers will be carefully tracked by us, and all referral fees will be paid to you thirty days after the close of each calendar quarter.
   

• There are no membership fees. You can cancel your membership at any time by giving us 30 days notice.
