Charles serves as counsel to the National Association of
Government Employees, Massachusetts Thoroughbred Breeders
Association and Massachusetts Laborer's Local 153. He has served
on the Massachusetts Bar Association Board of Delegates and
continues to be a member of these organizations.
Mr. Cremens graduated form Georgetown University with a
Bachelor's of Science Degree, Suffolk University with a Juris
Doctor degree and Boston University with a LLM in taxation.
