Free Consultation*

Doug provides a free and thorough consultation, in which he will analyze:
  • Your Target Audience
  • Your Current Needs
  • Your Future Goals
  • Your Past and Present Marketing Strategies/Advertising Methods
  • Your Present and Desired Methods of Customer Service
  • Your Advertising Budget
  • The Type of Website that you Envision for your Company

Why is he that thorough? Doug strives to provide your company with a website that will give you the most for your advertising dollar; A website that will be able to grow as your company grows, thus eliminating the need and expense of redesigning your site every two years**. He then provides you with his marketing recommendations a price quote for your new website.

Upon agreement of service, he will work closely with both you and your staff in the creation of your new "associate". Doug feels that this is a crucial step in the process for three major reasons:

  1. He wants to design a website that will best reflect your company to the world by showing what separates you from your competition. He wants everyone to feel as if they know you and your staff as well as your most loyal clients do. By showing the "little things" that your company does to drive repeat business and earn those "all important referrals", your potential customers will become loyal customers as well... before they ever enter your business or talk to anyone at your company.
  2. It is his opinion that your website should be able to answer most of the frequently asked questions that your staff currently must field throughout the course of their day. The staff-hours saved can then be used on other tasks, thus making your office more efficient
  3. Long after your staff has gone home, your least paid and most informative "salesperson" will be there to answer each potential client's questions and "plant the seed". Statistically, nights, weekends, and holidays are when most people search for product and company information.

Complete Services Save Your Company Time and Money

With most web design companies, you need to register your domain name, find a web host, find a web designer, find a graphics design person, find somebody to provide updates... and the list goes on...

As this can be a frustrating and time-consuming issue for most people, Doug decided, long ago, to offer additional, web-related services. This ensures that his clients won't have to bother themselves with the many additional phone calls, Emails and other frequent correspondence that comes with adding a web presence... Doug will handle everything for you.

Why is a Well Designed Website So Important?

Within a very short time, the Internet has evolved into an essential business tool. It has become the source for providing "your potential future clients" with the information which they will use to compare your company with your competitors. It is also the world's largest market place, where even the smallest company can compete globally.

By only advertising locally, you are missing a large portion of your company's potential clients. As a rule, people who don't live/work in your immediate area will check the internet to find their choices for local contractors. Even if they have received your number from elsewhere, chances are they are going to look on the internet to find out everything (good and bad) that they can, about both your and your company. A professionally designed website can (and should) allow potential clients to find you and make your company their first choice.

Today's well designed website also provides your company with a full “staff” of receptionists and salespeople, who work for you 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, without the need of hiring, training and paying new employees.
