Visual Assemblies are add-on modules for Quest Estimator. They offer a quick and convenient method for estimating complex structures that include multiple cost items. For example, when you pour a concrete slab, you need concrete, edge forms, chairs, rebar — you even have to account for labor and equipment costs. But when you use the Visual Concrete Slab Assembly to estimate the slab, you don't have to scroll through the entire database and add each individual cost item to the estimate, one at a time. With some basic information about the slab (provided by your digitized takeoff), and with a little additional information from you, the Visual Concrete Slab Assembly pulls all the cost items together and rolls them into a single line item in your bid — the concrete slab. And what's even more impressive is that our Visual Assemblies are actually visual-you get an easy-to-read computer-generated diagram of your structure — and it changes as you add or remove cost items.
